GENERAL

  1. Advertisements will be accepted at the sole discretion of Rose FM 90.
  2. Rate(s), term(s) and condition(s) are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of Rose FM 90.
  3. This Corporate Rate Card is subject to change without prior notice and overrides all previously issued rates.
  4. Rates are exclusive of GST , government tax(es), government discount(s) and, if applicable, inclusive of agency commission.
  5. Advertisements that do not conform to the prevailing social and ethical standards shall not be entertained.
  6. Advertisers and/or their agencies will be liable for any claim(s), suit(s), libel(s), defamation(s), initiated against Rose FM 90 by any third party, resulting from the direct or indirect content advertised by the advertiser and/or its agency.
  7. Rose FM 90 will not be liable for any claim(s), suit(s), libel(s), defamation(s), initiated by any third party against the advertiser and its agency, as a result of an advertisement broadcast on Rose FM 90.
  8. All advertising material given to Rose FM 90 must be provided in the form of a data file on a compact disc.

SPOT ADVERTISMENTS

  1. Premiums may be charged for advertisements released on special day(s)/ event(s) including national and international holiday(s)/occasion(s)/event(s)
  2. Spot advertisements will be charged at rates other than those printed in the Corporate Rate Card. Premiums of up-to 15% on the regular rates are applicable to spot advertisements on special day(s)/ event(s) including National and International holiday(s)/ occasion(s)/ event(s).
  3. If the advertiser specifies a time for a spot advertisement, premium will be charged at the rate of 25%.
  4. Any Advertisement/commercial of less than 15 seconds will be charged at 15 seconds.

SPONSORED PROGRAMMES

  1. Commercial spots of less than 30 seconds will be considered as 30 seconds and those more than 60 seconds will be tailored and cut to 60 seconds.
  2. Programme promos will not mention the name of the sponsor. The advertiser’s regular spot will be aired a day before as per the specified frequency for each duration.
  3. Premiums of up-to 15% on the regular rates are applicable to sponsored programmes on special day(s)/ event(s) including National and International holiday(s)/ occasion(s)/ event(s).
  4. Sponsored programmes are non-exclusive.
  5. For Category Exclusivity a premium @ 100% will be charged. Category exclusivity will be subject to the consent of prevailing advertisers of the same category.

UPDATES

  1. Updates will be packaged as per the station’s guidelines.

DAY SPONSORSHIP

  1. Premiums of up-to 15% on the regular rates are applicable to special day(s)/ event(s) including national and international holiday(s)/ occasion(s)/ event(s).
  2. Day sponsorship is non-exclusive. A day may be sponsored by one advertiser, but another advertiser may run a sponsored programme on the same day. Category exclusivity is not allowed.
  3. Confirmation for a Day Sponsorship must be received 7 days prior to the day of airing.
  4. Cancellations for Day Sponsorship must be made in writing at least 5 days prior to that day.
  5. Preparation for a Day Sponsorship will start as soon as written confirmation is received, and may not necessarily be the official Release Order.
  6. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the Day Sponsorship is due to be aired will be subject to a cancellation fee as per Clause G below.

SPECIAL SPONSORED PROGRAMMES

  1. The advertiser with Rose FM 90 will develop the theme of the programme and the theme / programme developed by Rose FM 90 is to be treated as Rose FM 90’s exclusive property for sole airing on Rose FM 90. This programme may not be used by the advertiser.
  2. Content will not be product oriented and will not highlight product/ ingredients/characteristics/ usage.

CANCELLATIONS

  1. All cancellations must be made in writing.
  2. Cancellation charges will only be waived if the cancellation is made in writing and received by Rose FM 90 at least 5 days prior to the scheduled day of release.
  3. All cancellations (except spot advertisements) received less that 5 days before the scheduled days of release will be subject to the following charges:

5-3 days                                   10% -to- 20%
Less than 2 days                      25% -to- 50%

  1. Cancellation charges for spot advertisement will be charged 5% - 10% of the agreed rates of the spots cancelled.
  2. Cancellation charges are exclusive of production charges.
  3. Production charges will be charged as per Production Charges in Point "K" below

POSTPONEMENT

  1. All postponement notifications must be made in writing.
  2. Postponements will only be accepted if made in writing and at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of release.
  3. Postponements made less that 24 hours before the scheduled time of release will be subject to the charges from 10% -to- 15% of postponed deal.
  4. For a campaign not initiated on any media, postponements of an advertisement / spot can be made for up to a maximum of 21 days, beyond which it shall be considered as a cancellation.
  5. For all other campaigns, Postponements will be accepted up-to a maximum of 15 days, after which they will be considered as cancellations.

DISCOUNTS

  1. Government Clients and Non Profit Organizations will be given a 30% discount and regular discount slabs will not be applicable to them. Profit and income generating government clients will be charged at regular rates as per regular rates.

BILLING

  1. All invoices will be made either on completion of the Release Order or at the end of the month, whichever is earlier.
  2. Any discrepancy in the invoice should be notified in writing to Rose FM 90 within 7 days from receipt of the invoice. After, the lapse of seven days, it will be assumed that invoices are correct and the amount invoiced is agreed upon.

PRODUCTION FACILITIES

  1. All advertisers are required to provide the exact text for any promos, spot advertisements, and announcements that are to be produced by Rose FM 90.
  2. Once Rose FM 90 has produced a jingle/promo/spot advertisement/ announcement, no major modification in it will be entertained in content or production.
  3. Any advertising material in the form of promos, jingles, spots, announcements produced at Rose FM 90 will be treated as Rose FM 90’s exclusive property.
  4. For jingle/promo/spot advertisement/ announcement, a minimum charge of Rs.10,000 is applicable.
  5. Production costs on all cancelled deals will be charged at the minimum charge.
